Creativity, simplicity, and profitability is what was on our mind as we designed our beverage menu. Filtered Water Free Filtered water is available to all of our guests at no charge. Our filtered water is presented in a recycled wine bottle with an empty glass.
Each time you visit V, we'll be featuring a new spritzer of the day. These are homemade effervescent beverages poured over ice and garnished with a piece of fruit or a sprig of mint. Look for these flavors in our spritzer roatation:
Coffee (Bottomless Cup) $2.00 Our coffee is Fair Trade, Organic and Shade Grown. This means that the farmers are paid a fair price for their product, no pesticides were used, and rainforest had not been clear cut to grow the beans. You'll find our creamer in a baby bottle near the self-serve coffee urn. Fresh Brewed Ice Tea of the Day $2.00 Two dollars gets you a mason jar full of ice, and unlimited access to our fresh brewed tea of the day. Hot Organic Herbal Tea Mug $2.00 Juice of the Day Jelly Jar (about 10 oz.) $4 / Carafe $10 Fresh squeezed seasonal fruit from local organic farmers is squeezed each morning. Available each day while supplies last. Tangerine, Grapefruit, Honeydew, Orange or Cantaloupe Vitameatavegamin $4 Living organic wheatgrass, ginseng, apple and lemon juice. And it's tasty too! Give your body a surge of antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and natural energy. Chocolate Soy Milk $2.50 In cute little individual paper cartons. Also available in vanilla. Organic Beer Like so much of our menu, our organic beer menu will feature an ever changing array. Prices will vary.
