We may be able to increase sales by developing an automated online ordering system.  This would enable our guests to review the daily menu options, make a selection, pay via credit card, and swing by on their way home from work to find their dinner boxed up and ready to go.

Delivery

We will explore the possibility of offering delivery service if our customers indicate that there is a demand in the immediate area. Delivery would be made, of course, by bicycle using a basket or trailer.

Vegan Bakery

Most progressive cities have at least one vegan bakery.  Surprisingly, San Francisco does not.  Having a bakery could be as simple as adding a display case inside the restaurant, or as substantial as opening up a separate storefront next door or down the street.  Vegan bakeries often supply other area restaurants, specialty shops, and coffee shops with fresh breads, cakes, cookies and pies.  Vegan bakeries are also often known for creating stunning wedding cakes that anyone can enjoy.
